in finance including budget, monitoring, Central Excise, VAT, Sales Tax, PF Trust. He has the
working experience of 40 years in finance profession.

He has served as Chief Financial Officer in various corporate
hospitals in India and has handled Finance, as Group Director, for a group consisting of
manufacturing, trading, finance and telecommunication companies in West Africa. He is a qualified
information system auditor and has wider knowledge and experience in handling complicated
systems implementation and online group accounting. He has experience in arranging funds for
various institutions for projects and operations. He is familiar with FCRA, FEMA and NGOs
taxation and is currently Advisor to few corporate houses.
