Our Team

M. Thomas & Co., established since 1972 (42 years old), is a firm of Chartered Accountants having 11 Chartered Accountants as partners of the firm. The firm has branches in Madurai, Trichy, Banglore and New Delhi. The firm has experience in audit of Charitable and Religious Organizations and other NGOs, both FCRA & Non-FCRA, from its inception. It has also the experience of Large Corporate audits like United India Insurance, Chennai Petroleum Corporation (formerly MRL), Indian Oil Corporation, Banks like Indian Overseas Bank, Bank of India, Vijaya Bank etc.

A. ROZARIO, FCA - Managing Partner

A. ROZARIO having very wide experience in auditing and taxation of charitable religious organizations and other NGOs for about 33 years. He had dedicated his entire professional expertise and service for the charitable organisations. He has developed a dedicated team to handle all FCRA issues and documentation for FCRA registrants. He has also audited Large Corporates and Banks. Presently he is at Head Office in Santhome, Chennai.

P. LOUIS RAJ, FCA - Partner

He retired as Additional General Manager, Finance BHEL. He was heading the Internal Audit Department of Western and Southern Regions of BHEL, as well as heading the Finance Department in BHEL, Bangaluru. He has the practical exposure to all Arenas in finance including budget, monitoring, Central Excise, VAT, Sales Tax, PF Trust. He has the working experience of 40 years in finance profession.

I. JEROME - Partner

He has served as Chief Financial Officer in various corporate hospitals in India and has handled Finance, as Group Director, for a group consisting of manufacturing, trading, finance and telecommunication companies in West Africa. He is a qualified information system auditor and has wider knowledge and experience in handling complicated systems implementation and online group accounting. He has experience in arranging funds for various institutions for projects and operations. He is familiar with FCRA, FEMA and NGOs taxation and is currently Advisor to few corporate houses.
